the purpose of the My Availability Calendar? |

The My Availability Calendar was
designed for owners and managers of Guest Houses, Bed & Breakfasts and self catering
holiday homes and apartments. The calendar displays availability indicating which dates
are fully booked and which dates still have availability. (Add comments about your
available dates e.g. "3 single rooms available @ R600.00 per night"). The
information you add to your My Availability Calendar will automatically be updated across
all websites that display your MyAvailabilty Calendar, in real-time, as you update your
availability. |

Where can
I use the My Availability Calendar? |

Each calendar can be linked to
from any other website (e.g. Travel portals), allowing you to share your availability
calendar with your potential guests on several different internet advertising services.
And of course you can use it on your own web site. |

Will the
other Travel Sites I am a member of, or advertise on, display the My Availability Calendar
for my Establishment? |

The My Availability Calendar has
been designed with this in mind. There is NO branding information on your Calendar
relating to this or any other website, and we are committed to keeping it this way. The
ONLY information displayed on the calendar relates to YOUR establishent, so other web
portals and travel sites should not have a problem displaying the calendar for you.
Furthermore, you will be sent a few lines of code which the travel portals can use to
embed your calendar within a page on their site, so the location (website URL of
myavailability.co.za) will not even be visible to their site vistors and it will appear as
if the calendar is in fact running from their site. |

What
about customising the calendar? Can I change the colours and fonts to suit my website? |

There are approximately 12
different colour options available. Once you have registered and set up your calendar you
will be able to select the colours/style that best suit your website. |

it cost? |

The My Availability Calendar is
free for all SA-Venues.com advertsisers and for the first 1000 establishments that
register to use the service provided you agree to our terms
of service. |

about support? |

As the My Availability Calendar is
a free service it is 100% self-service. If you have questions, please follow the online
instructions whenever you create or edit your calendar. There is a comprehensive Help Desk
available to you once you are registered and logged in to your account. |

Can I
have Calendars for more than one establishent? |
| A: |
Yes. You will create a user
account registering one property initially, but as soon as your account has been activated
you can login to the admin section and add as many properties as you like. These can all
be managed from the same place, using one e-mail address and password. |

What
happens if I forget to update my Calendar? |
| A: |
If you do not update your
calendar for 3 months your account will be deactivated. Once you are registered and log in
to the admin section you will be able to set yourself e-mail reminders. An e-mail can be
sent to you on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to remind you to update your availability
on your Calendar. |

Should I
mark a date as fully booked if I have a provisional booking (i.e. no deposit received)? |
| A: |
We do not recommend marking a
date as fully booked unless you have received a deposit or full prepayment for the date in
question. If you mark the date as fully booked you may lose the opportunity to book that
date for someone else - and you will lose out if the original 'provisional' booking does
not pay you the deposit, cancels and/or fails to arrive. |
